The iBUILD Software is one of the key reasons that we decided that it was a reasonable step to add Custom Home Builder / Renovator to the list of services we offer. The concept behind the iBUILD system was immediately comprehensible, and it took only about one (1) week to be up and running complete with many customizations to suit our company.
With iBUILD’s incredibly detailed System Checklists and Job Costing Reports, we have real time information readily available to ensure that there are no surprises for our company, as well as for our customers, suppliers or trades. We feel that this is extremely important in maintaining profit margins, as well as providing the transparency that we value when dealing with cost plus customers.
One aspect of the iBUILD System that as a designer I particularly like, is the ability to easily modify any System Document to suit our unique tastes. We have found that iBUILD’s responsiveness to items that we specifically needed added to the program, to suit our company, to be fantastic.
We truly do not understand how any Small to Medium sized Home Builder could be managed effectively without a software tool such as iBUILD, to manage their sales, design, estimating, purchasing, construction and warranty processes.
